Natural beauty

I am forever on the hunt for beauty products that are free from toxic chemicals.

I remember reading years ago that the average woman puts over 200 toxic chemicals onto her body everyday (shampoo, make-up, moisturiser, etc.. and most are full of really yucky things!)

These are my favourite (mostly) natural products at the moment...

make (me) up

Kora tinted day care cream
-NO Sulfates, Parabens, Synthetic fragrance, Synthetic colours, T.E.A., D.E.A., Glycols, Silicones, PEGS. Ethoxylate and Formaldehyde free.
-Made in Australia. (Don't you just love Miranda even more now?)

Suvana bio-lash mascara
-Bio Lash contains no parabens, no artificial fragrances or colourants and no harsh preservatives or chemicals.
-Made in Australia

Burts Bees tinted lip balm
-100% natural.

Do you like to use natural products? let me know if you have any recommendations..

P.s I really like this video about toxic chemicals in cosmetics.

I also really like 'Organic Care.' We use their body and hand wash, but they also have shampoo and conditioner. They products don't contain chemicals and their bottles are made from corn. They also don't experiment on animals, are made in Australia and available at your local Woolworths. I sound like I have some type of affiliation with them, but I promise I don't. xx
I too love Miranda Kerr. x

Thanks for sharing what you use. I've been wanting to try some natural make up but know no one that uses it for some recommendations! I use Organic Care shampoo for my girls too.

I try to only use natural (or close to) products as much as possible. I have found Akin to be great and Alchemy for shampoo & conditioner. They are from the purist?company in sydney. You can buy there products from health food stores or priceline. Moo Goo is a great cream for body and for the kids.(health food store or online)I also use OmVeda for skincare made completely of herbs or Kora of course! Now make-up, thats another issue:-)
